Our business caters to the needs of watch enthusiasts around the world by allowing them to select from one of the most diverse and complete inventories available. We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our clients and procure the products that they desire most. In addition, we make every effort to stock “the next big things” that are hitting the market, as well as the “classics,” and some custom creations.

Return Policy


Returns Made Easy! – Returning a strap is not a problem! Choose from one of our quick and easy return options listed below.

Option #1 – Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating the strap you would like in exchange. As soon as your return is received your replacement strap will be shipped out.

Option#2 - Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a written request for a refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as your return is received. Please note refunds are issued Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to post to your original payment method.

Conditions of Return Policy


-You can return an item at any time within 45 days of receipt. Please contact us if you wish to return an item outside of this time period, as special authorization will be required.

-All straps must be returned in NEW CONDITION.
